These Terms & Conditions apply to any purchases made through The RGH Group, whether online or in person.

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

Payment Terms

 

All payments are taken via Stripe.

 

• Sales Day 1 Online Offer: £149 upfront. No refunds once access or training has started.

 

• Master Facilitator Offer: £997 + VAT in full, or £500 + VAT deposit + £497 in 30 days. If the balance isn’t paid within 30 days, the deposit is forfeited and access is revoked.

 

• The Thrive Collective Membership: By purchasing The Thrive Collective membership, you are entering into a contractual 12-month agreement. This applies whether you pay upfront or in monthly instalments.

Payment Options:

£2,500 + VAT upfront

OR £250 + VAT per month for 12 months (total £3,000 + VAT)

Important: This is not a rolling subscription. It is a fixed 12-month commitment.

By choosing the monthly payment option, you agree to pay all 12 payments in full, regardless of whether you attend calls or access resources.

Missed payments may result in immediate suspension of access. Any unpaid balance will remain due and may be passed to collections if not resolved.

No cancellations or refunds are permitted after access has been granted, except in line with the 14-day cooling-off period (see below).

 

Refunds & Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable unless The RGH Group cancels the programme.
• No refunds once access to training or digital content has been given.
• If we cancel or move an event, you’ll be offered a refund or alternative.

 

Access & Fair Use

• Digital content and group access (Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp, Skool, etc.) is for paying members only.
• Logins must not be shared or resold.
• Any breach of fair use may result in access being revoked.

 

Results Disclaimer

We make no guarantees of earnings or outcomes. Your results depend on how you implement the training.
