In my time working at the coalface of sales, it became clear that the people within the businesses I supported were as important as anything. Supporting systems and processes was fine but it was the neglect of the human aspect underpinning this that was holding back many of the companies I worked alongside. 

It was only when I started spending time with employees at every level of the hierarchy that I realised the catastrophic effects of negative mental health in the workplace. It is far too easy for an employer to detach from those under its employ; repairing those bonds is not quite as easy. I can offer support with creating a healthy work/life balance, restoring confidence and establishing a positive mindset. 

By placing an emphasis on the people and relationships within a business, I have been able to unlock the potential that exists within. The possible interventions are too many to list here but the focus on workplace culture and how the individual plays their part has yielded great results.
